It’s probably one of the easiest and favorite trail of mine with a perfect view where ever you look. Well, that is my personal opinion and may vary depending on each of our experiences.

I’ve been organizing hikes for less than a year now and it is so much fun, not only I get to do what I love, that is climbing, but I also get to know and make new friends with people who have same interests as I do.

Mt. Ulap should be part of everybody’s bucketlist. Aside from the fact that it has a good view, really, no dead spot wherever you look there is a magnificent view, the trail is relatively good for everyone. I’ve been to Mt. Ulap twice already and it is a friendly mountain to all. Families and friends are gathered there to witness its beauty. There are kids so young that were able to climb it, there are some folks I’ve seen who were able to conquer the mountain too. Really, it is for everyone.

The trail consists of pine and grassland ridges with a stunning view of cordilleras. Another point of attraction is the so-called Ambanao Paoay and the famous Gungal Rock which can be very populated during weekends for pictorial taking of the hikers. We can’t blame anyone, why? It’s perfect up there! Just make sure to take extra caution when standing on the rock.

Ambanao Paoay

On our way to Gungal Rock

Gungal Rock

It is a perfect getaway for family and friends, plus it is 40 minutes from Baguio where you can do side trips or if you are in Baguio try considering this mountain.

My first organize hike in Mt. Ulap last December 3, 2016 took longer than expected. It was a 10hrs hike all the way down. We waited for more than an hour in the Gungal Rock because there are plenty of people waiting for their turn to take a photo. We started late around 8 in the morning so I guess that's another point and plus most of my participants are first timers but all in all they enjoyed the climb.

My second organize hike in Mt. Ulap was pretty much faster than the first group, the whole climb took us 7 and half hours. We were the second group to reach Gungal Rock. Maybe because we started so early as 4:30 in the morning.

Short Prom Dresses

--------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------

It’s that time of the year again where ladies go gaga over looking for something to wear for a big day!

We are already half-way of the month and February is just around the corner. Not only it is the month where we celebrate hearts day but it is the month where most of the prom in the school happens (same with ours way back years).

As early as now I know you ladies are starting to look for that perfect dress. Don’t deny it, in our school, it is one of the most awaited event and as early as we think of it we are already planning what to wear.

So, what’s in for prom dresses 2017? Hmmm? Still no idea? Let me help you by introducing this online shop where they offer prom dresses that will surely help you make a decision.

Aisle Style has been serving good quality of different dresses such as Wedding Dresses, Dresses for Weddings, Bridesmaid Dresses 2017, and Homecoming Dresses and a lot more for a decade now. They deliver at any time to any place and gives discount! Aren’t we looking for something that is cheap but never jeopardize the quality of the dress? That’s a steal right?

Dressing up for a prom is one of my favorite especially if I’ll be wearing my favorite color for that special night. Red prom dresses never goes out of style during this day especially most of the time they scheduled this event during hearts day and isn’t feels good to wear something red and flaunt it there?

Below are some of my picks. What’s yours?

"Natagpuan ko na ang falls ng mga uto-uto sa pag-ibig: Uttuh Falls." HAHA!

I was tired from the climb and all the mishaps I encountered. My guide asked me if I still wanted to visit the falls nearby. At first, I was like, no, I'm dead tired already and wanted to go home(Manila), I think it is pretty normal thinking after you got lost in a mountain with just a guide with you, well, at least, I'm not alone. But you guys seeing this post means I continue my way to the falls.

I've mentioned on my first post and my arrival in Ifugao that they have activity during Easter Sunday. Yeah, my unforgettable first solo hike happens last Easter Sunday. Anyway, Ate Gemma, my guide, will be part of the said activity and will start around six in the evening. Given the time of our arrival from hike she has no time to take me to the falls so instead of her, she said that one of her daughter can take me to the falls, that is, if I still wanted to see it.

Good thing I changed my mind. I will never forgive myself if I missed it!

Going to the falls takes about 20 to 30 minutes and it is all the way down. I can imagine my way up back to jump off and I am feeling tired already. haha! Yeah, I'm exhausted by this time but for the sake of my Project 81 and love of nature let's do this. After all, it is not always I am in Ifugao, so yeah.

Few reminders that everyone should know by heart. LEAVE NO TRACE!

My beautiful and lovely guide :)

some part of the trail going down to the falls :)

View along the way going to the falls :)

More photos of the falls. Enjoy!

Photos on the other side of the falls.

One of my dream! Photos on the bridge :P

Other landmarks of Kiangan you may visit.

Photos says it all. I really wanted to make a quick dip but I am too tired and it was getting dark already and I need to head back to Manila the same night for I have work the next day. Waiting for another mishap? I am. HAHA!

My visit on this beautiful falls at Kiangan, Ifugao, dated last March 27, 2016, is an official entry to my 81 Before 30 Challenge.
