Loving all the bikinis I received from Zaful! I am really into bikinis since I hit the beach whenever I could and I don't want to repeat what I already wore but sometimes I mismatched it with my old ones. So good thing Zaful has this tremendous list of cutest bikinis!



I ordered all in small but not all fits me well like the pink one, it is not that stretchy so the bikini top is a bit off around me and the bottom doesn't really fit me well. Next is the purple color bikini which I love too except that the top is a bit small for me plus it doesn't have pads and what's not supposed to be seen was kind of visible. The blue color looks so sporty  and the size fits me good. My personal favorite are the yellow ones. I really think it suits me more than any of them. I am eyeing another set of white bikini top. Maybe next time!

I must warned you, the hike to Gulugod Baboy requires patience esp for the first timers or newbie, though this mountain is advisable for those, it's just the start of the trail is a paved road upward. Personally, I am no fan of paved roads upward when it comes to climbing. Too many points why :P But if it's your thing then this hike will definitely a piece of cake for you.




My anticipation about the time we will reach the summit happened. We were on the trail when the sun starts to set. It was definitely a perfect view at the camp site if we reached there just in time. But regardless, we still manage to see the sunset in another perspective and I think it is more than wonderful and amazing!





When we reached the camp site we immediately set our tent. We end up finishing the tent after an hour? HAHA! We had a hard time because it was windy on the top plus its already dark and other campers are already cooking their dinner and we are distracted by the smell of their food! So inviting and drooling!




After setting up our tent we prepared our packed dinner, eat, and settled down for a long night of chismisan and star gazing. That was a perfect moment! I love everything about that night. The cold breeze, the stars, the camping vibe itself, plus good friends, everything!




We end up sleeping late with few horror stories that I know will never disappear on any camping outing with friends or with anyone.




I woke up early the next day despite a few sleep. I really wanted to see sunrise up there. When I go out our tent it seems like it rained the whole night but it didn't. Since its January and cold weather still the surroundings are moist and full of fog but we don't mind, if you are living in metro this kind of ambiance is what you are craving for, really.










We started preparing our breakfast and waited for the sunrise. That was a cold meal. HAHA We didn't bring any cooking utensils, only breads and canned goods. But all the same, we enjoyed our breakfast in the mountain.

I was too stoked after my Davao Region trip last November 2016 where I learned a lot about surfing. When I got home the next weekend me and my best friend Jec head to Liwliwa in  Zambales to try the surfing spot there. It was my bf's birthday month and we haven't seen each other over a year so I am that eager to finally make this trip to happen.




The first choice is to go to Crystal beach. But we are in tight budget that time and I really don't want to bring my own tent since I brought it on my backpacking in Davao Region and my back still hurts for that. So the idea is to stay in Crystal Beach since they offer glamping as their accommodation and I really want to try that. But, since we are just inquiring two nights before and the beach got a lot of tourists every weekend their glamping accommodation are all reserved.




Because of the bad news, I immediately search for alternative place in Zambales. That's where I found out about Liwliwa. Really, Ellie? Just now? Yep! Just now. But it was all good. The first choice is The Circle Hostel. But we didn't book online or contact them ahead.







Came Saturday and arriving at Liwliwa Zambales we learned that it is advisable to reserve online if you want to stay at The Circle Hostel especially during weekends for they have loads of guests during weekends. Can't blame them they're one of those hostel you need to try for yourself.




The receptionist at The Circle Hostel is kind enough to help us look for another accommodation. The one she refers is an airconditoned room few meters across their hostel. But I really prefer a rawness kind of accommodation that time and of course a cheaper one like that of the Circle Hostel.








We roam around the place since we arrive early morning and that we found out about this spot who manage by a siblings. Ate Donna who handles most of the transaction attend to our needs. We rent a tent to them and they set it up.




After setting it up. We change clothes and hit the beach and prepare for the wave. Jec was pretty confident that I should be the one teaching her basics but later on I insist  that she should get an instructor.









A brother of Ate Donna teach her the basic and after she gets the hang of it and pretty much get tired, Kuya (sorry I forgot the name) assist me on pushing me when there's a good wave. HAHA! Yepp, my sore arms is that bad for paddling.



We take our lunch and then doze off the entire afternoon inside our tent. When the sunset came we run to the beach and watch and admire it. That was one good sunset.



At night after eating light dinner, I kind of still feel tired over work, travel, and all that I just want to sleep the night off and I did. We met two campers too who set up their tent and hammock beside us.



There are still 2 remaining hours from the board we rented. So I said that if the wave permits we'll do one quick ride but it was flat. So me and Jec decided to leave early so we can go home early plus Jec's going home to Batangas and she's long way from home.







This quick getaway is one of my favorite on the list. All in one weekend that I love. Suf, camp, sleep, eat and just chill, plus the budget is too friendly the damage on our wallet is just less than 1500 pesos! Will do a travel guide for this.

I can't believe I am publishing this just now given the love I have for this camp. I know, I have too many backlogs. I wrote this long before but haven't published yet and I really wanted to sum up my whole experience on this single post so pardon me if this will be more than a thousand words and there are loads to share plus I did add some new photos too. And seriously, I need to learn to come up with a shorter title. But this camp deserves more than that and I am struggling to come up with the best title (probably one of the main reason why I haven't published it yet before) but I think there is no better way to describe this place because really "home away from home" is the closest.



This camp is far different to other beach I've been to. It's unspoiled, it's green, it's natural, it's as if you're in a place where everything feels so home and untouched. The place is clean, the foods are great, the people are all awesome, the beach is wide, the waves are so inviting, the dogs barks a little (sorry, funny memories from my first visit) it's a peaceful place where you can procrastinate and just succumb yourself to nature, really its a perfect getaway if you want to just forget about the busy metro and how suffocating living there is. The camp is a friendly and very welcoming and hospitable place, all the good traits Filipino has they have it. Trust me, for the last ten months that had passed, been there four times already and will keep going back there.
