Bolinao, Pangasinan Escapade

by - Thursday, February 19, 2015

It was planned ahead of time. Our teacher from High School was coming home to have a vacation and he wanted to see us. It was decided that we will going to Bolinao Pangasinan. It was located at the north part of the country,
driving for about almost 5 hrs from our Place, Bualacan.

The plan is our teacher will be in charge of the place and we will be the one arranging the food and the transpo. Since we are 9 so decided to rent a van. For the foods, we brought some and decided to just cook there.

I was still in my internship that time so after my internship I go straight to my friends house where we are going to meet. We leave around 1 or 2 in the morning and arrive at Pangasinan around 6 or 7 am.

Our first major stop is this St. James The Great Parish Church where beside it is a wet market where we are going to buy foods for the trip.

Less than an hour we arrive at the resort called Villa Soledad Beach Resort. It was a beautiful place with 3 large swimming pools and a beach front view. We get the largest cottage and avail one room only.

We settle our things, cook foods and started the fun. We decided to eat first, enjoy the view and head back to the pool where we stayed much of our time catching up with our teacher who we haven’t see that time for about 10years.

The beach is also magnificent view. But we rather stayed at the pool and decided to go beach the next day.

It was a tiring trip since I came from my internship and go straight to a long drive so at night we weren’t able to hangout much after dinner because I am really tired and wanted to sleep.
These are the photos from our trip. :D

So, Day 2 at Bolinao is Beach time. Not much of an activity because we just hang out at the beach and enjoy the view. It was definitely a great view. You’ll agree with me when you see photos below.

It’s a continuation of our catching up, laughing til our lungs out haha! And of course taking a lot of pictures!  Actually, we are leaving that day too so we take our time by getting mesmerize by the beauty of the beach.

loves,

  6. Ellie, those impromptu trips are the ones memories are made of... I know what you mean by being tired after your internship and then the long drive but at least you were able to go... I still remember a trip I took when I was almost 18... a friend of mine at the time decided to drive to Ontario from Nova Scotia, it was a long drive and we only stayed for 2 days but we had a ton of fun... the pictures are awesome xox
